I want to make this bread and someone posted that they made it in regular bread pans and I would like to know if I should grease the pans. I also need to know if you mash the potatoes after cooking or just leave them in the "chunk" form after boiling?
Thanks. I am obsessed with this website and all it's WONDERFUL recipes. My holiday gifts are going to be extra delicious this year! :D

P.S. I just ordered your novel and can't wait to read it. Maybe it could turn into a series type of book? Why did the cover change? I really like the one here on your site.

Hi! We just boiled the potatoes and when they were cool we added them into Step 1-In a large mixing bowl or Kitchen aid mixer, add all the ingredients except flour. The mixer broke the potatoes up for us.

We didn't add any grease to the pans and the bread came out fine.

We are thrilled that you are here with us in the Kitchen. Feel free to submit any new recipes that you create and/or pictures of your holiday baking! We can't wait to hear about all of your baking adventures!

Hi Trish

Darien will be thrilled to hear that you ordered her book. The sequel is coming after the new year so keep any eye out for that scoop here on the website, on Facebook Page and Twitter. There will also be a 12 Days of Kitchen Giveaway starting on Friday 12/7. One of the prizes will be a galley copy of the new book!

The cover changed when the book went from hardback to paperback. That happens sometimes! Darien will love hearing back from you after you read the book. Enjoy the recipes in the book, too!
