Hi! Thanks for stopping in.You can keep a starter going all the time. You need to give it a feed once a week and give the bag a mush as usually. If you aren't going to divide it and pass it along, make sure you feed your starter a smaller amount so it doesn't get too large. You can always divide it and freeze your extra portions.
