I know a lot of folks who don’t eat eggs (they’re allergic, for health reasons, or concerns about animal cruelty). Here’s an awesome site that gives tips on cooking and baking without eggs: http://EggFreeLiving.com
These are a great basic cookie. I made some plain, then some with coconut, then some with coconut and pecans. Mostly, coconut and pecans. Yum!
Do I add all of the ingredients that is says to add for the friendship bread for Day 6… and then use just a cup… or do I just use the starter and add the ingredients listed here to make the cookies?
