“Peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream brownie.”

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 16
Yield: 1 – 9 x 13 inch pan

Ingredients

1 cup Amish Friendship Bread Starter
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
6 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F (165° C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed except peanut butter.
  3. Grease one 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
  4. Dust the greased pan with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into cake pan.
  6. Randomly spoon on the peanut butter 1 tablespoon at a time and use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the brownies loosens evenly from the sides and a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out almost clean.
  8. ENJOY!

    Tried these for Easter — added dark and semi-sweet chips to batter! Fabulous!
