Ingredients 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Directions Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
