Kitchen Notes
From Lisa Watson: “I used instant vanilla pudding, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries. This is a very dense bread that worked really well as mini loaves and muffins.”

That looks good! I can’t wait to try these recipe’s!
Oh my goodness. I tried this recipe … and several of the other ones from this site … and I cannot believe how good it is. Wow, but as the notes say, it is very dense which makes a small piece very filling.
