“This is a great topping on any chocolate Amish Friendship Bread.”
Ingredients
1 large container Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 cup coffee-flavored liqueur or cold brewed coffee
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients except powdered sugar with electric mixer.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well on medium speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often until light and fluffy. Makes about 2 cups of frosting.
