Hi, where do you find Royal flan pudding mix? I see Royal puddings in the store, but none says Royal flan !!! Is there something you can use that will be as good ? This sounds really good and I do want to make it…if someone could answer this…..appreciate it.
Hi Mona!
Royal brand name and Jello brand name both carry a flan or caramel pudding mix. Either one is fine. If you can’t find it, I say use French Vanilla. It is a tasty recipe. Let us know how it turns out for you.
Yummy!

Sounds delicious! Can’t wait to give it a try.
Vanilla Caramel – my absolute favorite – even over chocolate! Can’t wait to try this! Thanks for sharing!
Just wondering what size box was used for the flan.
Hi Kathleen
As far as we know, they only sell one size box. To be certain, if there are different sizes just use up to 2 small boxes or 1 large box. Enjoy!
Thanks for the info. I couldn’t find Royal brand, so I wasn’t sure how much to use.
You are welcome, Kathleen! Next time we head out to the store we’ll have to see how many ounces are in that box. That is the only brand we have seen! Happy Baking!
