Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F (165° C).
Grease two large loaf pans.
Dust the greased pans with a ½ cup sugar.
In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed.
Pour the batter evenly into small loaf pans.
Bake for 45 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Sprinkle the top of the hot bread with the more crushed candy cane.
