Ingredients
⅓cuporange marmaladethin cut (orange, lemon, grapefruit or blend)
1teaspoonwater
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine marmalade and 1 teaspoon water and bring to a boil. Stir frequently until marmalade begins to melt.
When desired consistency is reached, remove from heat.
Brush hot mixture over top of warm cake or bread. Allow glaze to set before serving, approximately two hours. The glaze will remain slightly tacky to the touch.
Store any excess glaze in an airtight container the fridge for up to two weeks. Gently reheat before using.
