Ingredients

8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Place chocolate chips and heavy cream in a double boiler over simmering water.
  2. Stir occasionally until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  4. Pour warm over Amish Friendship Bread OR allow ganache to cool completely then beat with whip attachment on mixer until the ganache resembles frosting. Frost Amish Friendship Bread just as you would a cake.
