“This dipping chocolate is perfect for our Amish Friendship Bread biscotti recipe!”
Ingredients
1 cup (6 ounces) chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 cup (4 ounces) heavy cream
Directions
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and cream, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Kitchen Notes
You can also use a microwave: combine the chocolate chips and cream in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power, stirring after every minute, until the chocolate is melted.
