“This berry butter recipe is the perfect accompaniment to our Amish Friendship Bread scones!”

Ingredients

2 tablespoons dried cranberries or blueberries
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine dried berries and boiling water and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Drain well and finely chop berries.
  2. Stir berries, butter, and powdered sugar. Cover and let chill at least 1 hour before serving.
