This berry butter recipe is a tasty accompaniment to our Amish Friendship Bread scones.

- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or blueberries
- ½ cup boiling water
- ½ cup butter softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- In small bowl combine dried berries and boiling water and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Drain well and finely chop berries.
- Stir berries, butter, and powdered sugar. Cover and let chill at least 1 hour before serving.
